Front Desk Sales & Office Operations Associate (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, multi-talented individual to manage front desk sales transactions, customer communications, and essential day-to-day office operations. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, friendly, and enjoys a dynamic environment where no two days are quite the same.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Transactions: Ring up sales and process customer payments accurately using our POS system; greet visitors and provide a warm, professional first impression.
Communications: Answer incoming calls, answer basic inquiries, and route phone calls to the appropriate team members promptly.
Logistics & Deliveries: Track and assist with scheduling product deliveries; package outbound parcels (Postal/UPS) and receive/record inbound shipments.
Office & Records: Maintain physical and digital files, conduct file research as needed, and assist with general administrative tasks.
Showroom & Workspace: Keep front desk, counter areas, and work zones tidy, clean, and organized.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
Basic computer proficiency and comfort learning POS and shipping systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively during busy periods.
Availability to work some weekend shifts.
