Job Summary

SSH Capital LLC is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Clerk / Personal Assistant to keep our growing laundromat, cleaning services, and property management portfolio running smoothly. In this dual role, you will serve as the central hub of our daily operations—managing customer service, field schedules, and property admin tasks while providing direct assistance to leadership. If you are a proactive multi-tasker, highly tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Administrative, Customer Service & PA Operations

Executive Support: Provide personal and administrative assistance to ownership, managing calendar details, handling correspondence, and completing miscellaneous errands.
Customer Support: Answer incoming phone calls and emails, address client inquiries, book house cleaning appointments, and schedule pressure washing jobs.
Leads & Scheduling: Manage incoming customer requests, follow-ups, and lead generation through Angi.
Scheduling & Dispatch: Coordinate daily schedules, estimate jobs, and map routes for field technicians using QuoteIQ.
Data Entry & Billing: Manage invoices, process payments, and update client records accurately using our business software.

Property Management Support

Lease Administration: Coordinate and follow up on property management details, including drafting, organizing, and tracking residential or commercial leases.
Rent Collection: Monitor tenant accounts, send payment reminders, and follow up on the collection of monthly rent.

Laundromat Operations

Wash & Fold: Intake customers ONLY
Facility Maintenance: Order parts & track inventory, cleaning supplies (detergent, bleach, etc.).

Supply & Field Support

Fleet Prep: Coordinate with field teams to ensure pressure washing and house cleaning vans are stocked with the correct equipment and detergents prior to jobs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in an administrative clerk, personal assistant, or property management role (experience with leases/rent collection is a plus).
Proficiency with QuoteIQ or Angi (Angi's List) is highly preferred.
Strong understanding Microsoft Word, Excel, Canva for administrative tasks/basic digital tasks.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and the ability to quickly master new booking/property management platforms.
Basic knowledge of QuickBooks or inventory tracking is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local errands.
Excellent problem-solving skills, high discretion, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent required.

Schedule & Benefits

Hours: 20 - 30 hours weekly (with potential to grow as the business expands).
Shift: Flexible day shifts; occasional weekend morning availability may be required.
