Our busy dermatology office is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team!

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a front-facing role that helps create a welcoming first impression for every visitor and caller. This position plays an important part in supporting daily operations, maintaining a positive environment, and ensuring efficient communication across the office.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries promptly and accurately.
Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains clean, organized, and presentable.
Schedule appointments, coordinate calendars, and assist with meeting logistics as needed.
Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership as assigned.
Maintain accurate records, logs, and visitor information when required.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Assist with basic office tasks and help ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is a plus.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support in a medical environment, preferred, but not required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
Ability to stay organized, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with common office software and basic computer applications.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with others.
