Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and driven Outside Sales Manager to lead our business development efforts and expand our market presence in Ocala. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth through strategic outreach and personalized customer engagement. Your leadership will inspire a dynamic sales team, foster strong partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients’ needs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company success while developing your management and sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to identify and secure new B2B clients across target markets.
Sell, promote, and present Granite and Quartz products to our existing and prospective customers within the stone industry (Fabricators, Builders, Developers, Kitchen & Bath Retailers, Contractors, and develop new customers)
Manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through proactive communication and tailored solutions.
Lead, motivate, and train a high-performing outside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, competitive trends, and customer needs.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business challenges and presenting innovative technology or service solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience in outside sales with a focus on B2B sales, management, or business development roles.
Demonstrated ability to manage accounts, and develop strategic sales initiatives.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze market data for informed decision-making.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms to track sales activities and customer interactions.
Exceptional communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

Pay: Base Salary + Commission

Driving Requirements: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and be insurable under the company's auto insurance policy.
