Job Title: Marketing Director

Reports to: Executive Director/Administrator

Status: Exempt

Position Purpose:

Develops and implements marketing strategies to grow the business by increasing census and improving the company name and reputation in the community.

Experience: Experience performing assisted living marketing is desirable. Experience in marketing campaign development, social media and event functions are desirable. Prior Senior/Assisted Living experience preferred.

Essential Job Functions – Principal Accountabilities:

· Perform market analysis to identify potential residents and to keep up with the competition .

· Develop ideas to increase market share, grow census, and enhance Company name and reputation.

· Develop and maintain relationships within the community to obtain client referrals (SNF's, hospitals, etc.). Conduct onsite visits and presentations as appropriate.

· Strong follow-up skills required.

Develop and maintain performance metrics to assess the success of the marketing program. Report performance results to the Executive Director, and Corporate executives as requested.
