Job Title: Director of Staffing Development

Salary: starting at $43/hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed

Duties:

Plan, organize, develop, and direct all in-service educational programs throughout the facility

Assists the Assistant Director of Nursing Services in managing and directing the Nursing Services Department.

Incorporate commercially produced instruction material and training aids into existing in-service programs as deemed necessary

Provide leadership in formulating the goals and objectives of the in-service educational programs of this facility

Provide a quality in-service educational programs in accordance with established policies and procedures

Secure, develop and maintain records, reports, instructional manuals, reference materials, etc., pertinent to in-service educational programs

Requirements:

RN or LVN/ LPN license is required

Must have 1 year of experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility

Pay: $43.00 - $48.00 per hour
