Company Overview

Aspire Health Partners, Inc. (Aspire), is a non-profit 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization. Aspire Health Partners is Florida’s largest Behavioral Health Non-Profit that provides a full continuum of behavioral healthcare services across six (6) Central Florida Counties; Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole.

Job Purpose

As a HR Audit Clerk at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to maintain and manage the Human resources employee records & training records to regulatory compliance standards. Also to review employee records in preparation for compliance audits.

Manage and maintain ASPIRE HR employee and trainings records.
Review employee records in a timely manner for compliance audits.
Maintain a system that tracks removal of employee records.
Maintain a file room that is organized and decluttered.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures

Qualifications

Associates degree in HR, Business, Education, or Human Services field
One year Human Resource experience or course work in HR
