Full Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist – Physical Therapy Clinic

Job Type: 25-30 Hours per Week

Location: Brookfield, WI 53045 (In Person)

About the Position

Keystone Physical Therapy is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping keep our clinic running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and manage the clinic email inbox
Schedule patient evaluations and follow-up appointments
Verify insurance benefits and eligibility
Submit and process insurance claims accurately and promptly
Collect and process insurance and patient payments
Perform accurate data entry and maintain patient records
Provide administrative support to our physical therapists and office staff
Respond to patient questions and provide outstanding customer service
Assist with laundry and light cleaning to help maintain a clean, welcoming clinic

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of office or front desk experience (required)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with scheduling and calendar management
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Experience working with medical insurance and familiarity with medical terminology is preferred, but not required
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
