Job Overview
Join our dynamic team as a CNC Machinist, where you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating and programming CNC machines to create precision components. Your expertise will ensure that our production runs smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the high-quality standards we uphold. If you are passionate about machining and eager to work in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What you’ll do

Operate CNC milling machines and CNC lathes to produce high-precision parts according to specifications.
Program CNC machines using advanced software, including CAM programming and SolidWorks, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to understand project requirements.
Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions.
Conduct electrical discharge machining processes as needed for specialized components.
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with team members on assembly tasks and support lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Experience

Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong understanding of machining processes.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages and familiarity with Fanuc controls is highly desirable.
Solid mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and tooling setups.
Background in plastics injection molding is a plus but not mandatory.
Basic math skills are essential for accurate measurements and calculations during production processes.
Forklift certification is preferred for material handling tasks within the facility.
Experience with welding techniques can be an added advantage in this role.
