Homespring is growing and has an immediate opening for experienced TAX CREDIT property management Leasing Consultants and Assistant Managers in Midland, Texas!

Compass Pointe - 1509 Wayside Dr, Midland, TX 79701
Leasing Consultant ($19/hr+ commision)
Assistant Manager ($22/hr - $24/hr SALARIED)

Constellation Ranch - 1301 Latta St, Midland, TX 79701
Leasing Consultant ($19/hr+ commission)

Job Duties:

Completes all actions associated with the leasing of apartment community homes to prospective residents including:

Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office

Present community amenities, unit availability options, execute leasing contracts, and give property tours to prospective tenants

Communicate resident concerns to the Community Director and maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Director

Completes ongoing industry training
