Improve reporting by location, department, product line, and other meaningful performance areas.
Strengthen month-end close, internal controls, inventory accounting, margin reporting, and expense management.

Partner with branch managers and department leaders to help them understand financial performance and improve results.
Support strategic planning and the company’s three-year and five-year growth goals.
Travel to company locations as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar advanced credential preferred.
Previous experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader.
Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, cash flow planning, and management reporting.

We are looking for someone who can respectfully challenge assumptions, hold leaders accountable, and help develop solutions without losing sight of company culture, customer service, and day-to-day operations.
