Full Job Description

WhiteClouds is looking for dependable, hands-on individuals to join a growing R&D and specialty fabrication team focused on building large-scale custom projects, prototypes, themed environments, props, sculpted elements, animatronics, and one-of-a-kind displays.

This is not a repetitive production-line position. The work changes constantly, and we are looking for people who enjoy problem solving, learning new skills, and building things with their hands.

One week may involve foam fabrication, sculpting, painting, assembly, electrical work, prototyping, 3D printing, animatronics, CNC-related work, or helping develop new production methods and repeatable products.

We care far more about attitude, reliability, work ethic, integrity, and willingness to learn than having the perfect résumé.

Woodworking or construction
Automotive or mechanical hobbies
Trade schools or technical programs
Welding or fabrication
Robotics or FIRST Robotics
CAD, CNC, 3D printing, or Blender experience
Theater tech, prop building, cosplay, or creative fabrication
Farm/ranch backgrounds
Military experience
Eagle Scouts or other leadership/service-oriented backgrounds

Helpful skills (not required):

Foam fabrication or sculpting
Painting or finishing
Basic electrical or wiring
Mechanical assembly
Welding or metal fabrication
CAD or fabrication software
CNC operation or programming

Pay:
Up to $22/hour depending on experience.
