Position Overview:
Powder is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead the planning, design, procurement, construction, and delivery of complex civil infrastructure projects supporting one of North America’s premier mountain resort developments.
This position is responsible for managing large, technically challenging capital improvement programs from concept through commissioning while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental stewardship, quality, schedule, and fiscal accountability.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership abilities and extensive experience delivering heavy civil infrastructure in difficult terrain. This individual must be capable of independently managing multiple major projects simultaneously while coordinating consultants, contractors, utility providers, government agencies, resort operations, and executive leadership.
This is not an entry-level project management position. The successful candidate will be expected to function with minimal supervision and become a trusted advisor to executive leadership on matters involving infrastructure planning, construction execution, risk management, and capital investment.
Preferred Experience:

Minimum 10–15 years of progressively responsible heavy civil infrastructure project management.
- Demonstrated success managing individual projects exceeding $30 million in construction value.
