Lead Minister Profile - The next Lead Minister of Parkside Christian Church will be a shepherd‑leader who brings biblical clarity, relational warmth, and visionary direction to a congregation eager for renewal. Spiritual & Personal Qualifications ● Deep, authentic relationship with Jesus Christ. ● Strong commitment to Scripture as the authority for faith and practice. ● Humble, prayerful, and Spirit‑led in decision‑making. ● High integrity, emotional maturity, and relational wisdom. ● Has and currently is discipling others. Preaching & Teaching ● Able to communicate biblical truth clearly, practically, and compellingly. ● Connects Scripture to everyday life with relevance and depth. ● Comfortable preaching to an intergenerational congregation. ● Values discipleship, spiritual formation, and equipping believers. Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
