Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: Starting at $14.00

Job Summary: Ecotec Manufacturing is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented machine operators to join our growing facility in Okeechobee, FL. As a machine operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our manufacturing equipment. We are a secure facility due to hazardous materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Machinery: Set up, operate, and maintain various types of manufacturing machines used in the production of aerosols.
Quality Control: Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and make adjustments as necessary.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production output and machine performance.
Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.

Skills and Abilities:

Technical Proficiency: Ability to understand and operate complex machinery and tools.
Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to identify defects and ensure product quality.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly address and fix issues.
Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions.
Physical Stamina: Capability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (Preferred).
Language: Bi-lingual atmosphere but being bi-lingual is not necessary.
