Full Job Description

Plattner automotive group is currently looking for an Automotive Cashier to join our dealership Part Time.

The Cashier is a technically savvy individual who understands computers, the internet, and other technologies and who can communicate in a clear efficient way, is responsible for Cashing customers out thru the Service Department, Answering incoming calls, making outbound calls, help Assisting Customers with Google Review.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and/or college degree, AND relative work experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills (Good verbal skills and a clear speaking voice). Must be comfortable with computers and technology systems. Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

High volume multi phone lines,
Handle all Customer Reception
Be available to respond to phone inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
Assist Service Department. Making Receipts, Running credit card machine.
Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter

REQUIREMENTS:

Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Ability to Show A Smile and A Positive Attitude,
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
