Job Overview
Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Concierge, where you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, handling inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for memorable stays at our vibrant resort or hotel. We are seeking a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality management and guest relations to create a warm, inviting atmosphere for all visitors.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through friendly and professional customer service.
Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, answering inquiries and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs swiftly while verifying reservations and processing payments accurately.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services to enhance guest experiences.
Assist guests with special requests, including room changes, concierge services, and resolving any issues promptly.
Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to ensure seamless operations.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams to address guest needs and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our international clientele effectively.
Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including night audit procedures and guest relations strategies.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone system operation.
Ability to remain energetic, attentive, and organized during busy shifts, including nights and weekends.
Prior experience in hotel experience or front desk roles is preferred; familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.
