At CT Wedding Group, we don't believe great events just happening - they come together because the right people are paying attention, leading the team, and taking ownership of details.

We're looking for someone who can step into a wedding day, take control in a calm and professional way, and make sure everything runs the way it should. This isn't a passive role. You're leading the room, guiding the team and making decisions in real time.

You should be comfortable managing both people and logistics at the same time. That means directing staff, keeping the timeline on track, communicating clearly with vendors, and adjusting when things inevitably shift. The goal is simple: the client and their guests feel like everything is effortless.

This role is a good fit for someone who likes being busy, likes being in motion and takes pride in doing things the right way.

We're looking for 2-5 years of experience in weddings, live events, high end catering or high end hospitality. Strong communication, organization, and leadership are essential. You also need to be available for evenings and weekends - that's when our events happen.

We provide steady work, award winning venues, an industry leading training and support system and opportunities to advance your career.

Pay is $27-$33/hour depending on skill set, availability and experience. There's real opportunity to grow here, and you'll be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and takes what owe do seriously. (But, we have fun too!)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
