Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staffing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment labor laws. This role requires a proactive approach to talent acquisition and a strong understanding of human resources practices. The Staffing Manager will play a crucial role in building a skilled workforce that aligns with our organizational goals.

Duties

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn to streamline hiring processes.
Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and exp and the talent pool.
Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics using Kronos or similar systems.

Skills

Proficient in HR sourcing techniques and talent acquisition strategies.
Strong knowledge of employment labor law and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on persuasive sales techniques.
Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
Familiarity with social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
