We are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team as an Account Manager Assistant in our Commercial Lines Department located in Centralia, WA.

Nicholson & Associates Insurance is a well-established, independent insurance brokerage serving all lines of coverage. Our team of motivated professionals works collaboratively to deliver exceptional service to our clients and community with the highest level of integrity. We are looking to grow our team with individuals who share that commitment.

Work Hours: In Office - Monday – Friday | 8:15 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

As part of our Commercial Lines Department, you will work alongside a supportive team to provide excellent customer service to our commercial clients. We deeply value the contributions that business owners bring to the communities they serve and strive to ensure they are protected—so they can continue to thrive even in the most challenging circumstances.

We proudly offer Business Owner Policies, Commercial Package Policies, and supplemental coverages tailored to a wide variety of industries. Our licensed commercial insurance agents understand the unique risks businesses face and provide knowledgeable guidance to help them select the right coverage for their needs.

Primary Responsibilities

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors.
Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Prepare high-quality carrier submissions on behalf of clients.
Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and underwriters.
Review and analyze carrier quotations.
Prepare accurate and professional proposals for client presentations.
Review policies and endorsements for accuracy.
