Full Job Description

Job Description – Order Fulfillment Specialist/Warehouse Associate

Host is looking for an experienced Order Fulfillment/Warehouse Specialist to join our team! We are seeking a motivated individual who is willing to work in a high-energy, quality first operation.

Work schedule is Sunday through Thursday.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse setting, be familiar with the FIFO system, as well as have a strong team focused attitude.

This is the perfect job for a person who likes to stay busy, move quickly, and complete accurate ordering picking.

Essential Functions:

Responsible for preparing and staging vending machine and coffee service orders for following day based on specified quantities of multiple products. Products consist of beverage bottles, beverage cans, snack items (chips, cookies, candies, etc.) frozen and refrigerated foods and coffee products.
Accurately and quickly pick inventory from warehouse shelves.
Organize and store picked inventory into pallets and/or totes. Accuracy and quickness are very important for our awesome customers.
Unload trucks with inventory that has been delivered with accompanying paperwork.
Work extra as needed to ensure that all picking for the day are completed and staged in preparation for the following day.
Follow and maintain food and beverage sanitation standards in work area and also while performing job functions.
Ability to identify different products and count out the required quantities.
Ability to accurately load totes and/or pallets with products and respective quantities in a speedy manner. Maintain clean work area and warehouse.
Ability to work in warehouse for extended hours.
Analyze product usage and work with drivers and management teams to ensure appropriate products and respective quantities are being picked.
Fulfill end of day responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications:

High school degree or equivalent.
Sunday-Thursday
Ability to move continuously through shift, bending, lifting, twisting, standing.
Forklift Experience preferred
Physically agile and dexterous
Pulling and loading
Receiving, stocking, stacking

Job Type: Full-time. $18.00 HR
