Production Operator Opportunities – Sheeter Operator or Offset Printing Feeder

Positions open on 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd Shift (11pm-7am)

Pay: Competitive hourly pay starting at $20.00/hour and up. Please note this represents a general starting pay and actual pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.

We are currently hiring for two key production roles — Sheeter Operator and Printing Feeder. Candidates may be considered for either position based on experience, aptitude, and operational fit. Both roles play an essential part in producing high-quality folding cartons that meet customer specifications and production goals.

What You’ll Do

Depending on placement, you may:

Produce quality sheets from roll stock by inspecting board quality, removing damaged material, and verifying size.
Feed and support offset printing presses by properly staging, loading, and aligning paperboard to prevent downtime and misfeeds.
Inspect materials throughout the process to ensure customer specifications, quality standards, and production goals are met.
Set up and monitor equipment
Assist with preventive maintenance to maintain equipment performance and reliability.
Handle and move materials safely including pallets, roll stock, and finished sheets.
Record and track production or quality data using electronic systems
Maintain a safe, compliant work environment by following all safety, food safety, OSHA, and environmental procedures.

What Sets You Apart

Experience in a manufacturing environment (packaging experience preferred but not required).
Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with production equipment.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
Basic computer skills and ability to document production data.
Forklift or walkie-rider pallet jack experience or willingness to obtain Material Handling Equipment certification.
Solid math skills and ability to read and write in English.

Experience and Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
Material Handling experience preferred
