Full Job Description

Injection Molding Manufacturing | Full-Time

Dynamix SearchForce is conducting a confidential search for a growing injection molding manufacturer seeking an experienced Quality Management System (QMS) Manager.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in a manufacturing environment and has a strong background in ISO 9001, audits, continuous improvement, and quality systems management.

What You'll Do

Lead and maintain the company's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS)
Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party certification audits
Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs
Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Fishbone Analysis
Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to improve quality and process capability
Manage customer quality concerns and supplier quality initiatives
Develop and monitor quality KPIs, including scrap reduction, customer complaints, audit performance, and cost of quality
Champion continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives
Train employees on quality standards and ISO requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment
3+ years managing ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Experience leading internal, customer, and certification audits
Strong knowledge of SPC, CAPA, FMEA, Cp/Cpk studies, and root cause analysis
Experience in injection molding, plastics manufacturing, or automotive manufacturing preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Certifications

ASQ Certified Quality Manager (CQM)
ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
