HANSONS is looking for an accomplished General Manager and Sales Leader to take ownership of our Omaha market and build a high-performance sales organization.

This isn't a maintenance GM role. It's an opportunity to build, coach and win.

What You'll Own

Build a Winning Sales Team

Recruit, develop and retain top-performing sales professionals
Coach the complete one-call close sales process
Conduct ride-alongs and in-home coaching to improve close rates
Lead high-impact sales meetings focused on skills, accountability and results
Develop top performers and future sales leaders

Drive the Numbers

Improve close rates, average sale, customer satisfaction and profitability
Analyze KPIs and turn performance data into coaching opportunities
Hold the team accountable to activity, quality and production expectations
Build a culture where success is measured, celebrated and repeated

Lead From the Front

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a position where you'll manage exclusively from behind a desk.

You'll work alongside your sales team in the field, coach live opportunities when needed, sharpen objection-handling and closing skills, and help your people win.

Run a Successful Branch

Lead sales, operations, customer satisfaction and profitability
Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver a five-star customer experience
Review branch KPIs, financial performance and forecasting
Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve results

What We're Looking For

You should have:

5+ years leading high-performing sales organizations
Proven success managing one-call close sales teams
Experience coaching sales professionals to consistently exceed goals
A track record of improving close rates and developing top performers
Experience hiring, training and retaining successful salespeople
