We are seeking a motivated and skilled Line Cook to thrive in our fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality dishes with efficiency and precision. Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure food safety and efficiency
Assist in plating and presentation of dishes to meet aesthetic standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for supplies and ingredients
Support other kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Culinary certification or relevant training is a plus
