Overview
Join Ohio Eye Associates as a Front Desk Receptionist in our Ontario location!

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented individual who enjoys helping patients and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive experience for our patients while keeping the front office running smoothly. Previous medical office experience is preferred, but not necessary. This is a full time position.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and schedule appointments.
Verify patient insurance information and handle insurance verification processes.
Check patients in for appointments.
Check patients out after appointment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
