Job Summary: We are looking for CNC Machinists to operate CNC machinery. This role is crucial in ensuring our components meet the highest standards of precision and quality. This position is on our second shift. Our second shift is currently Sunday - Thursday; 4pm - 2:30am.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform precision set-ups of various CNC machines on state-of-the-art assets.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Conduct test runs and adjust machine settings to ensure part accuracy.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments for quality control.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery or tooling.
Coordinate with the quality assurance team to verify part compliance.
Ensure all work adheres to safety protocols and company standards.
Remain flexible in a fast-paced environment and support teammates however possible
Inspect parts using hand tools to verify dimensions

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent; technical school certification or associate degree in CNC Machining, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on precision parts is preferred but not required.
Experience with aerospace industry standards and materials is a significant advantage.
Experience with GD&T tolerancing is a bonus.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Knowledge of various CNC machine operations, including setup, tooling, and maintenance.
Experience with Okuma and/or DMG Mori is preferred but not required.
Experience in shop math, tooling technology, blueprint reading and measurement of parts.
Strong mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods.
Capability to lift up to 40 lbs.
