We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and help drive continued growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven automotive sales professional who is passionate about developing people, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and achieving outstanding results.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently exceed sales objectives.
Manage daily sales operations, including desking deals and assisting with negotiations.
Train and develop sales consultants through daily coaching and performance management.
Monitor sales activities, lead follow-up, and CRM compliance.
Ensure a transparent, customer-focused sales process.
Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to create an exceptional ownership experience.
Analyze sales performance, gross profit, and key performance indicators.
Recruit, interview, and develop top sales talent.
Maintain compliance with all dealership, manufacturer, and legal requirements.

Qualifications

Previous automotive sales management experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching abilities.
Demonstrated history of achieving sales and profitability goals.
Experience with CRM systems and dealership software.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
