Full Job Description

Orange City Chiropractic & Spinal Decompression is a growing, family oriented chiropractic practice focused on helping people get out of pain, improve their health and wellness, and enjoy a better quality of life.

We specialize in family chiropractic care, spinal decompression, auto accident recovery, and wellness care.

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, personable, and organized front desk receptionist who genuinely cares about health and wellness, and enjoys helping people. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working with patients and families, communicating professionally, and being part of a growing team!

Job Responsibilities

Greet patients and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquires
Manage appointment scheduling and follow ups
Check patients in and out
Answer insurance and billing questions
Assist with billing, payments, and account balances
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Communicate professionally with patients regarding appointments, billing, and treatment plans
Learn and efficiently use our practice management and scheduling software
Assist with daily administrative and front-office duties
Work closely with the doctor and team to keep the office running efficiently
Help create a positive experience for our patients and families

Required Qualifications

Previous experience working in a medical or chiropractic office
Experience with medical billing and insurance
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Friendly, personable, and professional
Reliable, organized, and detail oriented
Comfortable communicating with patients both in person and over the phone
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
Able to multitask and work well in a team environment
Genuine interest in health, wellness, and healthy living
Positive attitude and a desire to help people

We are looking for someone who is more than just a receptionist. Our front desk is an important part of the patient experience, and we want someone who wants to be a part of a growing clinic, enjoys being part of a team, and genuinely cares about helping people.
