Part-Time Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator

Nurturing Nest Chiropractic | DeBary, FL
Part-Time | Approximately 15–20 hours/week

Nurturing Nest Chiropractic is a growing prenatal, pediatric, and family wellness chiropractic office in New Smyrna Beach, and we're looking for an amazing Part-Time Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our team!

Our office is a little different from your typical doctor's office. On any given day, you'll find pregnant mamas, newborn babies, toddlers playing, siblings running around, and families who genuinely love being here.

We're looking for someone who can bring warmth, organization, confidence, and positive energy into that environment.

This isn't a role where you'll sit quietly behind a desk all day. You'll be an important part of creating the experience our patients have from the moment they walk through our doors until the moment they leave.

What You'll Be Doing

Welcoming patients and families into the office
Checking patients in and out
Scheduling appointments and helping patients stay consistent with their recommended care
Scheduling future appointments before patients leave
Answering phones, texts, and patient questions
Collecting and documenting payments
Helping patients purchase care packages and products
Keeping the front desk and patient areas organized and running smoothly
Communicating with the doctors and office manager throughout the day
Helping anticipate what needs to happen next instead of always waiting to be asked
Creating an exceptional patient experience even when the office is busy, the phone is ringing, and there are kiddos everywhere!

Experience

Previous front desk, hospitality, customer service, medical office, chiropractic, or administrative experience is a plus but the right personality and attitude matter even more to us.

We can teach our systems. We can't teach someone to genuinely love taking care of people.

Our ideal front desk coordinator helps make sure:

Every patient feels welcomed and cared for
Patients leave with their next appointments scheduled
The schedule stays organized
Payments and products are accurately documented
Communication doesn't fall through the cracks
The doctors can focus on taking exceptional care of patients instead of managing the front desk
Our office continues to feel calm, organized, and welcoming even during our busiest hours

Schedule

This is a part-time position, approximately 15–20 hours per week.

Availability during our regular weekday office hours is required. Specific days and hours will be discussed during the interview process.
