Full Job Description

Legal Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Position: work full time 40 hours per week; and perform the followings duties: Answering phone calls, contacting agencies for information, communicating with clients, obtaining documents from clients, preparing petitions, translating documents, interpreting for clients, drafting and sending client correspondence, ordering supplies and other administrative responsibilities.

Successful candidate must: Speak and write Spanish and English fluently; be detail-oriented; have strong writing skills; be able to translate/interpret; and possess computer/internet skills. Prior experience working in a legal setting, especially in the area of immigration law is preferred.

Hourly wage based on experience, negotiable.
