Pastry Chef - Early Morning Shift (5am Start) - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pastry Chef to join our bakery team. This is a key leadership position for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term growth with us.

What We're Looking For:

A true passion for pastry and food
Someone who thrives in early morning hours - shift starts at 5am, 5 days a week
At least 2-year commitment
A sense of urgency and the ability to work clean, organized, and efficiently
Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
Leadership skills - you'll be managing 1-2 pastry assistants
Willingness to follow recipes, take direction, and accept feedback professionally
Dependability and a team-first attitude

Responsibilities:

Prepare high-quality pastries, breakfast items, and pastries according to our established recipes
Oversee and coordinate the daily tasks of the pastry team
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards
Ensure consistency, portion control, and presentation standards
Help maintain inventory and assist with ordering as needed
Collaborate with the team to improve operations

Requirements:

1+ years experience in a professional pastry kitchen is preferred
