Reports to: Asset Manager

Compensatio: $60,000 base + up to $5,000 bonus

Company Overview
ServerPartDeals.com is a fast-growing online retailer of data center components — hard drives, SSDs, and enterprise server hardware sold to businesses and IT buyers nationwide. We're hiring a detail-driven Purchasing Operations Coordinator to own the back end of purchasing: keeping purchase orders, receiving, and invoices reconciled, deals moving, and vendors coordinated. If numbers that reconcile to the penny give you satisfaction, this is your seat.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You'll work closely with the Asset Manager, who sets pricing direction. Your job is to execute it cleanly, keep everything reconciled, and flag anything that doesn't add up.

Reconcile across three departments. Match POs against warehouse receiving counts and accounting bills; catch quantity gaps, physical discrepancies, and pricing mismatches and resolve them.

Run the PO lifecycle. Update pricing on POs, resend POs when line items change, match vendor invoices, and close out orders for accounting.

Push deals to close. Coordinate sales, receiving, and fulfillment so incoming deals move instead of stalling.

Coordinate logistics and discrepancies. Be the point person for receiving issues, shipping hiccups, and quantity disputes with vendors and internal teams.

Support pricing and bids. Pull updated cost and market info to help refresh pricing, and organize bids for submission — under the Director's direction.

Diligent with data. Numbers reconcile, or you find out exactly why — and you catch mistakes before anyone else does.
Organized and methodical. You close loops, track open items, and don't drop threads.
A problem-solver. You spot the inefficiency or recurring error and raise it with a fix in mind.
Calm and coachable. You juggle warehouse, finance, and vendors without friction, take direction precisely, and know when to escalate.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

REQUIRED
5+ years in purchasing, procurement, accounts payable, inventory, or order operations
Strong with spreadsheets and an ERP system
Clear written and verbal communication
A track record of accuracy and follow-through

NICE TO HAVE
Ecommerce or B2B distribution experience
Exposure to three-way matching
IT hardware or data-storage background

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Base salary: $60,000

Performance bonus: Up to $5,000 per year, tied to two things you control:

Accuracy — clean reconciliations, low error rates, orders that close without surprises.
Efficiency — process improvements you identify and help put in place.

Benefits: Health insurance, paid time off (PTO), and 401(k).
