Title Sales Representative (Remote/Full-time BUT MUST LIVE IN FLORIDA)
$50,000 base + commission (expected first year earnings of $95,000–$125,000)

Marina Title, LLC is a full-service title and escrow company serving Florida since 2014, with offices throughout Florida, including Miami, Naples, and Tampa. We are the title arm of Farshchian Law, P.A. — which means every file you bring us is backed by a real estate attorney, not a call center.
We are hiring an experienced Title Marketing Representative to own relationships across Florida. This is a role for someone who already knows the realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders, and investors in their market — and who is tired of sending their referral partners into a closing process they cannot stand behind.

What you’ll do
- Build and grow a book of business among real estate investors, agents, brokers, mortgage loan officers, lenders, and builders across your territory.
- Develop referral channels in the investor community — REIAs, wholesaler and fix-and-flip networks, buy-and-hold operators, and hard money lenders.
- Run in-person visits, office presentations, and CE / lunch-and-learn sessions with brokerages and lending teams.
- Represent Marina Title at industry events, association meetings, and community functions.
- Work closely with our closers and processors so every referral you bring in is handled cleanly — your reputation is the product.
- Track pipeline and activity, and report on relationship health and closed volume.
- Identify new referral channels and underserved markets across Florida.
What you bring
- 2+ years of proven title and real estate settlement services sales experience
- An existing network of realtor, lender, and/or investor relationships
- Working knowledge of the Florida closing process — title commitments, escrow, and what actually goes wrong on a file
- Familiarity with investor transactions (double closings, assignments, 1031s, entity purchases) is a strong plus
- Self-directed, organized, and comfortable owning your calendar and your numbers
- Valid Florida driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within your territory
- Bilingual preferred but not required
