Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our finances. In this pivotal role, you will oversee budgeting, cost management, and financial reporting for complex projects. Your expertise in accounting software, project scheduling, and regulatory compliance will drive project success and operational excellence. Join us to shape the financial backbone of our initiatives and contribute to impactful infrastructure development.

Duties

Manage and oversee all financial aspects of projects, including budgets, cost control, and financial reporting.
Utilize management software such as Quickbooks and JobTread and others to track project costs, schedules, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with project managers to develop accurate construction schedules and ensure adherence to timelines using scheduling tools.
Lead project team meetings to review financial performance, schedule progress, and risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare detailed financial analyses for management decision-making, including cash flow forecasts and variance reports.
Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions related to construction projects in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in project management and finance
Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software such as JobTread.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex infrastructure projects from inception through completion with a focus on cost control and schedule coordination.
Excellent leadership skills with experience managing teams in a construction management role.
Skilled in managing budgets, contracts, and project documentation while maintaining strict time management discipline.
