Winter Park, FL | Part-Time | Thursday, Friday & Saturday | Evenings
Three consistent evenings. A community worth being part of. Room to grow.
Allegro Winter Park is seeking a warm, professional Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming presence at the front desk of one of Central Florida's most beautiful senior living communities. With three consistent evening shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional hours and grow within the organization — this is a great foot in the door for the right person.

Your Schedule:
Thursday | 4:00pm–8:00pm
Friday | 4:00pm–8:00pm
Saturday | 2:00pm–8:00pm
Flexibility to cover open shifts and holidays required

What You'll Do:

Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, greet walk-in guests, and direct visitors appropriately
Handle administrative tasks and support the leadership team as needed
Maintain a calm, organized, and professional front desk environment throughout every shift
Pick up additional shifts as needed to support the community

What You Bring:

Prior front desk or receptionist experience — required
Warm, professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability for open shifts and holidays
Energetic, professional, and ready to be part of a great team

The Receptionist performs receptionist and diverse business office duties that are technical and detailed. In performing these duties, the Receptionist is the first point of contact for anyone coming to the Community.
Areas of Responsibility

First point of contact via telephone and walk-in traffic with prospects, residents, family, associates, and vendors.
Greet all guests, visitors, residents, and vendors in a positive, friendly manner while ensuring a welcoming Community atmosphere is established.
Answer the telephone, take messages, greet, and direct visitors and vendors to the appropriate party.
Responsible for the daily retrieving, preparing, and distributing of both incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and packages.
Maintain confidentiality of all pertinent resident, associate, Community and Company information deemed as such.
Receive resident requests for maintenance in their apartments using the Company Work Order system.

Required Qualifications

Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Minimum one (1) year experience as receptionist in a professional business environment.
Must have working knowledge of appropriate Microsoft Office programs.
Must have working knowledge of office equipment such as copy machine, calculator, and multi-line telephone system.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.

Preferred Qualifications

Pay attention to detail, be organized, and be able to multi-task.
Must have demonstrated teamwork skills.
