Full Job Description

Contract Support Specialist | Orlando and Tampa, FL

Kisinger Campo & Associates (KCA) is seeking two Contract Support Specialists to join our team in both our Orlando and Tampa offices. This candidate will be a detail-oriented professional with strong CEI experience, capable of independently managing project documentation, supporting construction contract processes, and contributing to the successful delivery of roadway and bridge projects under the guidance of senior engineering staff.

Responsibilities:

Assists with numerous projects/assignments as required including, but not limited to, data entry of correspondence and/or preparing applicable spreadsheets, filing, copying and allocation of such
Collect and evaluate data and take appropriate action when necessary
Track and analyze construction contract pay items, prepare monthly and final estimates
Draft Work Orders and Supplemental Agreements, including estimates and supporting documents
Review and manager project documentation through company and/or client document management systems
Draft, edit, and distribute meeting minutes
Performs other such duties that the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary
Presence at the designated office or job site is necessary to fulfill the requirements of this position

Qualifications:

Must hold a Civil Engineering degree or have at least ten (10) years of road and bridge construction engineering inspection (CEI) experience with the FDOT, Turnpike, or CFX
Experience should include performing or assisting with project-related duties such as progress and final estimates, EEO compliance, and processing construction contract changes
Ability to exercise independent judgment in planning work details and making technical decisions related to project office tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
Willingness and ability to become proficient in project-related computer programs
Works under the general supervision of the Senior Project Engineer and their staff
