Full Job Description

F.H. Cann & Associates is seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Cash Collections Supervisor to support in‑person cash collection operations at our Orlando office. This role is responsible for handling high‑volume daily cash transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and consumer protection regulations.

This position requires strong attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates with a stable, long-term employment history are strongly preferred.

Essential Functions

Perform in‑person, face‑to‑face cash collections
Track, review, reconcile, and maintain daily cash logs
Conduct bank runs and manage cash deposits
Handle, organize, and retain receipts and cash documentation
Manage and balance the office safe
Accurately use cash‑handling systems and tools
Record detailed account notes and update customer information
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws and FHC policies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Proven accuracy and reliability in cash handling and reconciliation
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to perform detailed account reconciliation tasks
This position requires consistent attendance and punctuality; reliable transportation is necessary.

Experience:

2+ years of direct supervisory experience, including performance evaluation, scheduling, and team conflict resolution.
Background in banking, cash collections, or restaurant management
Experience working in high‑volume, in‑person financial environments
Bilingual in Spanish (spoken and written) Preferred

Work Environment:

100% in‑office position in Orlando, FL
This role does not support remote or hybrid work

Background & Security Requirements:

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check.

Pay: $43,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
