Arizona Certified Caregiver — Flex / PRN Team

Earn Extra Hours Without Committing to a Full-Time Schedule

Tucson Assisted Living Retreat is building a dedicated Flex Caregiver Team for experienced Arizona Certified Assisted Living Caregivers who want additional shifts without taking on another full-time job.

This opportunity may be a great fit if you:

Already work somewhere else
Are in school
Want occasional weekend shifts
Prefer PRN work
Want to supplement your income
Have limited but dependable availability
Previously worked full-time in senior care but no longer want a traditional schedule

We are less concerned about whether you can work five days every week and much more concerned about whether you reliably work the shifts you commit to.

How the TALR Flex Team Works

Flex caregivers provide TALR with additional staffing capacity when shifts become available.

Depending on facility needs and your availability, opportunities may include:

Weekend shifts
Overnight shifts
Day shifts
Call-off coverage
Vacation coverage
Open shifts
Additional scheduled shifts

You tell us when you are realistically available.

We do not want someone who says they are available for everything and then repeatedly declines.

We want someone who can say:

"These are the shifts I can work — and when I commit, I show up."

Required

Current Arizona Assisted Living Caregiver certification
Required caregiver credentials/documentation
Reliable transportation
Ability to perform caregiver duties
Dependable communication
Ability to meet TALR employment and health-documentation requirements

Especially Valuable

We are particularly interested in caregivers with:

Medication-management experience
Memory-care experience
Overnight availability
Weekend availability
Two-person transfer experience
Mechanical/Hoyer lift experience
Hospice/end-of-life experience

This May Be Ideal If You Already Work At:

Another assisted living facility

As long as your existing employment does not interfere with the shifts you commit to at TALR.
