Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and personable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing the front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth office management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proficiency in various office software, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure easy retrieval.
Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
Support administrative functions including clerical tasks and office management duties.

Qualifications

Previous front desk or receptionist experience is preferred.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse clientele.
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential.
Experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued.
Knowledge of chiropractic or medical receptionist duties is a plus but not required.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
