Job Description:

You’ll be the perfect fit if:

You possess the ability to remain calm, focused, articulate and professional during customer interactions
You are a detail-oriented problem solver with a proven track record of thinking quickly on your feet
You have the ability to learn new software, including our company database and proprietary software as needed
You have computer skills and the ability to use Gmail, Google Sheets, and other GSuite software
You have experience with Quickbooks
You have experience auditing files for standards compliance
You are an outstanding critical thinker and problem solver
You can prioritize tasks effectively
You have exceptional organizational skills
You have a demonstrated level of professionalism
You possess a genuine desire to help clients by providing superior customer service
You are able to work independently or as part of a team when necessary
You must pass a criminal background check and drug test; we are a drug-free company
You must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties (Include but are not limited to):

Answer Phones M-F 8am-5pm
Responsible for customer journey/experience. Intake customer, communications/information about production handling. Billing Email & Invoicing
Over See book Keeper - Run Payroll - Run & Confirm Financial Reports Accuracy
Inventory Management and Ordering
Office Point of Contact for Shipping and Receiving
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Insurance, Workers Comp, Taxes, Vehicle Registration
Manage On Call Schedule and PTO Schedule
Document Coordination

What’s cool about this job?

The position works within normal business hours, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm. You’ll be assisting clients in their time of need, sometimes during natural disasters.

What we’ll do for you to fit right into your new position:

You will often be Lipscomb’s first impression to current or potential clients, and we want to arm you with all of the tools necessary to create a positive interaction with them. We will provide training in customer service and specific software if necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
