The Back of House Manager at Chick-fil-A Batesville plays a key leadership role in ensuring exceptional restaurant operations and guest experience. This individual is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, leading team members, maintaining Chick-fil-A brand standards, and developing a high-performing team culture.
The Front of House Lead works closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, support team development, and ensure our restaurants operate efficiently and profitably.
Operational Leadership

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, speed, and accuracy in service.

Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, cleanliness, and hospitality.

Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop team members and shift leaders.

Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and performance development.

Help cultivate a positive, service-focused culture within the restaurant.
Guest Experience

Ensure every guest receives remarkable service.

Operational Systems & Performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
-
2-3 years of experience working at Chick-fil-A (preferred, not required)
-
Proven experience leading and managing in a kitchen or food service environment as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor or team lead (preferred)

Strong understanding of BOH operations, including food cost tracking, waste management and kitchen systems

Excellent communication and organizational skills
