Our company located in California is looking for a Job Captain for our Architecture firm.
The Job Captain – Survey supports the production and quality control of as-built and existing-conditions documentation for tenant improvement, retail, restaurant, and commercial projects. This role is responsible for translating field survey data, including point cloud scans, field notes, and site photography, into accurate drawing sets, and for supporting QA/QC review of survey-based deliverables across multiple active projects.
The position requires strong production skills in AutoCAD and Revit, working familiarity with point cloud and laser scanning workflows, and a solid understanding of how field-verified existing conditions inform downstream architectural and engineering documentation.
Note: this requisition was provided to Arena as a structured screening-question template rather than a narrative job description. The Essential Duties, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, and Education/Experience sections below have been built directly from Menemsha's stated screening criteria to maintain consistency with the firm's other Architecture and Professional Services requisitions in this packet.
