The Smile Spot is a dental group practice that provides pediatric and orthodontic dental services. We are locally owned & operated & seeking hard-working professionals to join our team!

We are looking for an Experienced Dental Front Office Admin who is great with patients, has a bubbly, upbeat personality and who enjoys working as a team.

If you have dental assisting experience and are interested in branching out to become cross trained with the front, this position may be perfect for you!

Honesty and Integrity

Responsibilities:

Answering Phone
Making notes in PMS systems (Cloud9, Open Dental)
Assisting with Patient flow
Review Contracts
Collecting Payments
Making confirmation calls
Scheduling Appointments
Coordinate hospital appointments and surgeries for patients requiring dental care in a hospital setting.
Communicate with hospital staff, dental providers, and patients to ensure all necessary arrangements are made.
Manage and maintain the schedule for hospital-based dental procedures.
Ensure all required documentation and pre-authorization are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Assist patients and their families with understanding the process, addressing any questions or concerns.
Provide exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors.
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure continuity of care and follow-up.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and hospital procedures.

Current Openings: The Smile Spot is a multi-specialty practice. We are looking to add an additional Front office person to join our team. Must be available to work varied hours M-Fri between 7:30am-6:00pm and 1-2 Saturdays a month between 8am-1pm. We will have schedules prepared 2-3 weeks in advance which will help you to plan for yourself. We have an EXTREMELY busy practice that houses a full Pediatric Dentistry practice AND a full Orthodontic Practice; must be willing to work between specialties.

* Pay starting at $17 and up depending on experience.
