Full Job Description

Education Recruiter (Full-Time)

Join a mission-driven team connecting great educators with the schools that need them most.
We’re looking for a high-energy, results-focused Education Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional candidate experience—from first outreach to first day on assignment.

This is a full-cycle recruiting role with a strong customer-service component: you’ll source, interview, screen, and guide education professionals through the hiring and onboarding process while consistently hitting (and exceeding) performance goals.

What You’ll Do

Own the full recruiting lifecycle for education roles (substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, special education support, school nurses, and other school-based positions).
Source and build pipelines using job boards, databases, referrals, social media, networking, and targeted outreach.
Screen and interview candidates (phone/virtual), assessing fit, skills, availability, and interest.
Drive talent acquisition results by managing activity metrics (outreach, interviews, submissions, starts) and moving candidates efficiently through each stage.
Deliver a strong candidate experience—communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and keep candidates engaged.
Support as a Recruiter: respond to candidate questions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-touch, responsive experience.
Maintain accurate documentation in the ATS and ensure compliance with required steps (credentials, background checks, onboarding items, etc.).
Partner with internal teams to anticipate hiring needs and prioritize recruiting efforts based on demand.

What We’re Looking For

Proven ability to perform in a high-output recruiting environment .
Strong phone presence and communication skills—you’re confident, professional, and persuasive.
Organized and responsive; you can juggle multiple openings and candidate pipelines without dropping the ball.
Comfortable sourcing daily and building relationships quickly.
Candidate-first mindset with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
Tech-savvy: comfortable with an ATS/CRM, job boards, and MS/Google tools.

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Recruiting experience in Education Staffing, healthcare, high-volume staffing, or similar fast-paced recruiting.
Experience with sourcing tools, job boards, and outbound recruiting strategies.
Track record of meeting KPIs (calls, outreach, interviews, placements/starts).

Compensation & Schedule

Salary: $45,000- $55,000/year
