- Experience working with children (especially in schools, summer camps, churches, daycare, or similar)

What You’ll Do:
- Provide one-on-one and small-group therapy sessions
- Implement behavior plans created by our licensed BCBAs
- Track client progress and report to supervisors
- Help prepare materials and maintain a safe, engaging environment
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma (Associates or Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience working with children (disabilities experience is a plus!)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Physically active role: sitting/standing for long periods, moving quickly, staying engaged
Work Location: ABA Clinic (with occasional off-site appointments)

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

- As outlined in the job description, this position requires quick movements, the ability to stand for long periods, and the ability to sit for extended periods. Many of our clients are children, and therapy takes place at tables for children, on the floor, or in various locations throughout the clinic. Often, our clients display significant behavioral issues, outbursts, tantrums, and more. Therapists must be able to calmly manage these situations without showing frustration.
