Full Job Description

We are a timeshare resort here at Ocean Landings and we are looking for a full time position for Front Desk. Weekends and holidays are mandatory, 40 hours a week. Hotel/Timeshare experience required, customer service experience required. Bilingual is a plus but not required. Proficient with SPI Property Management system is a plus but not required. Responsibilities include;

Being Confident, trustworthy, and reliable.
Making reservations.
Checking guest in and out.
Providing guest and timeshare owners excellent costumer service.
Detail Oriented, as you will be working with daily reports and transactions.
Can work in a team as well as alone.
Must be able to communicate efficiently with co-workers and guests.
Must have experience in cash and card transactions.
