Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive IT/Telecom Support Representative to join our technology team. In this role, you will be the frontline for resolving technical issues, supporting users with hardware and software challenges, and maintaining our IT infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency across our organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical skills in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across various operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Troubleshoot and resolve software problems related to Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and custom business tools.
Manage computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Support network administration tasks such as configuring VPNs, firewalls, DNS settings, TCP/IP protocols, LANs, and WAN connections.
Assist with Active Directory management, GPO (Group Policy Objects), SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), and BMC Remedy for incident tracking.
Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure components like Microsoft Windows Server environments, DNS servers, and network devices such as Meraki switches and routers.
Utilize help desk tools like ServiceNow and Jira to document issues, track resolutions, and communicate effectively with users.
Conduct analysis of system logs and network data to identify issues proactively and recommend improvements.

Requirements

Proven experience in technical support roles with a strong understanding of computer management and troubleshooting processes.
Familiarity with operating systems including Windows (Windows Server), macOS, and Linux environments.
Knowledge of computer networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, LAN/WAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols like TCP.
Hands-on experience with IT support tools such as SCCM, GPO management, Active Directory, ServiceNow, Jira, BMC Remedy, and network administration platforms like Meraki.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
Ability to analyze system issues quickly and develop effective solutions efficiently.
Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering timely assistance in high-pressure situations.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) are preferred but not required. Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining robust IT systems that empower our organization’s success!
