Jupiter, FL | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | $25–$30/hour + Benefits + Performance Bonuses

Be the Person Who Keeps the Business Moving

We’re looking for a highly organized, motivated person to join our team as an Aerospace Support Coordinator.

This is a key support role that works across multiple areas of the business, including sales, purchasing, repair management, and customer service. You’ll help keep information, orders, repairs, and customer requests moving efficiently from start to finish.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, communicating with people, and learning how a business operates.

You’ll work closely with different members of our team, gain exposure to the aerospace industry, and have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you grow.

What You'll Do

Your responsibilities will include supporting several areas of our business, such as:

Supporting the sales team with quotes, orders, customer requests, and follow-up
Assisting purchasing with vendor communication, purchase orders, and order tracking
Coordinating and tracking repair orders from start to finish
Communicating with customers regarding order and repair status
Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems
Following up with vendors, customers, and internal team members
Helping coordinate shipments and logistics when needed
Organizing and managing documentation
Assisting with inventory and order-related tasks
Identifying issues and helping find solutions
Providing general administrative and operational support
Taking on special projects and other responsibilities as needed

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, proactive, and good with people.

You don't necessarily need aerospace experience. We're more interested in finding someone who is smart, motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.

The ideal candidate:

Communicates clearly and professionally
Is comfortable communicating with customers and vendors
Can manage multiple tasks and priorities
Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
Takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do

Takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work

Aerospace, aviation, purchasing, customer service, logistics, repair management, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
