Who We're Looking For

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
Current pharmacist licensure (or eligibility) required.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and clinical workflows.
Experience with pharmacy information systems, automation, EHRs, or pharmacy technology.
Passion for informatics, process improvement, and healthcare innovation.
Excellent critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead projects, train others, and work collaboratively across departments.

What You'll Do

Optimize pharmacy information systems, automation, and clinical workflows.
Partner with Information Systems to implement, maintain, and improve pharmacy technologies.
Support medication safety, clinical decision support, formulary management, and pharmacy operations.
Review medication orders for accuracy, safety, interactions, and clinical appropriateness.
Train and support pharmacists and pharmacy staff on new systems and technology enhancements.
Lead or participate in pharmacy technology and process improvement initiatives.
Analyze workflows, identify opportunities for efficiency, and recommend system enhancements.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and pharmacy best practices.
